Our
cookies are handmade in small batches from scratch and do not contain any
preservatives or additives. So many delicious ingredients go into these
cookies, and our true Southern style shines through in every bite. We take
personal pride in filling every order and paying attention to details even the
small stuff. We bake everything the day it will be shipped to ensure the best
freshness possible.
Your
cookies will be freshly baked just a few hours before we package them up for
delivery. We do not have any preservatives or additives in our cookies, so we
hustle to get everything packaged and shipped quickly after everything is baked
and cooled.
We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your scratch-baked sweets arrive fresh and quickly. Priority shipping via UPS or USPS should take 2 or 3 days but can take longer in some cases. Unfortunately we have no control over when your order is delivered, though we wish we did have influence over the USPS and UPS (wouldn't that be nice!). Please do let us know if you have an extreme situation though, because we want you to be satisfied with the experience you have with our bakery. Our cutoff time on Wednesday is 12pm Central time. Our cookies
stay fresh for 2 to 3 days after receiving your order. Please remove your
cookies from the cookie box and place them in an airtight container or storage
bag. Please avoid exposing your cookies to heat or cold (e.g.,
don’t leave your cookies in the car, sitting in the sun, etc.) and don’t keep
your cookies in the refrigerator. To save some cookies for later, try following
our instructions for freezing your cookies to extend their freshness.
To save
some for later, you can store your cookies in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Use a food saver device or plastic wrap and a freezer bag when storing your
cookies in the freezer. When you’re ready to enjoy more, simply thaw them on
the counter then pop them in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes at 350 degrees to
refresh that just-baked taste.
We do our
best to package your cookies carefully to ensure you are very pleased with what
you receive. Accidents do happen though. If more than half of your cookies
arrive broken, please send an email and pictures to info@bakemydaymobile.com, so we can work to make it
right for you. Pictures are required so we can visually see the cookies,
packaging and shipping box condition.
Unfortunately, all shipping services are experiencing longer delivery times in some cases due to the massive increase in shipping during the pandemic. If our bakery's performance is to blame for a delay, then we will gladly take responsibility for it. However, we cannot take responsibility for the performance of the USPS or UPS when there is a delay in your order delivery.
We want you to be happy with the experience you have with our bakery, but giving refunds in cases that are beyond our control is not something we can offer. Thank you for supporting small businesses during this time and for your understanding.

Our cutoff time on Wednesday is 12pm Central time. If we receive your order after 12pm on Wednesday, then your order will not get shipped until the following Monday unless you pay additional for overnight shipping. It typically takes 1 business day to start working on your order once we receive it, though it could take longer around major holidays. We do not ship on US Holidays when the USPS is closed, such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc. In this case, we will ship on the following business day.
We ship 2- or 3-day priority through UPS or USPS. This is not guaranteed delivery, as we do not have control over the UPS or USPS shipping services and neither shipping service guarantees delivery. This is true for all merchants. In some extreme cases, the USPS can take 5 days to deliver 2-day priority mail. We are not responsible for these delays and do not offer refunds in these cases. We have no influence on when the USPS or UPS delivers packages.
Only Next Day delivery comes with a guarantee from the USPS and UPS, which is available for purchase when you check out. Please note that both delivery services have suspended guarantees for overnight delivery during the pandemic. So purchasing overnight delivery is not 100% guaranteed at this time until further notice.
If you are shipping to a college student, the delivery time can take an extra 1 - 2 days due to how the mail works at the college/university. Sometimes students cannot receive mail on Saturdays. If you are ordering Wednesday to Friday, you will need to purchase expedited shipping or wait until the following Monday for your shipment to go out. We are not responsible for these delays and do not offer refunds in these cases.
Our Shipping Disclaimer: We instruct UPS and USPS that no signature is required for the delivery. UPS/USPS may leave your cookies at the door if there is no one home. However, the UPS/USPS Delivery Driver may choose, at his/her sole discretion to not leave the package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe or unwise for any reason. If this happens, the UPS/USPS Delivery Driver will leave a tag indicating where and how to pick up your box or arrange for another delivery. It is solely your responsibility to work this out with UPS/USPS.
We are not responsible for undeliverable cookies or delays in when you receive your cookies due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including cases where you are sending the cookies as a gift and the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivery or where an incorrect address was provided.
If shipments are returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify the sender of this unfortunate event; however, we will not resend the same shipment of cookies out again. Since we do not put preservatives in our food, the cookies would be inedible if they are returned to our bakery. The sender would need to reorder cookies if they desire a replacement shipment.
At this time, we ship only within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address for
shipment, it will be your responsibility to cover the full cost to reship our
cookies (product, packaging, and shipping materials) to the correct address.
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate physical address when placing
your order including the correct zip code,
apartment #, building #, type of street (Blvd., Rd., Ave., etc.) or any other
detail needed to ensure the shipping address is correct. If you do make
a mistake, you can check with UPS/USPS to see if a box can be redirected once
it’s been shipped. It will be your sole responsibility to work with UPS/USPS to
see if this is possible.
As part
of the Checkout process online, you will see an order confirmation on the
screen once you hit submit. You will also receive an email confirming your
order, and you can add your mobile number to receive text alerts that keep you
posted on your order status. We send a
second email when your order has been shipped that includes the tracking
number.

Each cookie is individually package in a resealable bag then gently placed on a bed of crinkle paper inside a white window box. We place the cookie box inside
a sturdy mailing box and add a bit more padding if needed.
Yes, we
do! We love tying beautiful ribbons and bows around our cookie boxes to make
your gift look very special. We use high-quality, double-faced satin ribbon that looks terrific, and we have many colors to choose from for $2 per box. You’ll have the opportunity
during the Order Checkout process to write a free gift message that we will include
with your cookies.
We are an old-fashioned, Southern bakery where
everything is made from scratch to order using recipes that have been in our
family for many years and some new ones we’ve come to love. Old-fashioned to us
means layer cakes with mouth-watering icings and pound cakes that make your
heart melt. We go the extra mile to make sure everything is delicious and looks

We bake
our cakes fresh, from scratch every morning to fill our orders. We set pick-up
times for the afternoon to allow plenty of time to bake, cool, and ice your
cake by the afternoon. Please expect to pick up your cake at the scheduled time
unless you hear from us that your order is ready early.
We
require 2-days advance notice when ordering a cake to ensure we can plan out
our baking schedule. Our cakes are handmade from scratch one at a time, so we
need time to plan your cake into our week. Around major US holidays, we require
more advance notice, because our capacity fills up quickly. Please check our
Holiday Menu Order Forms for these requirements.
Always
remove your cake from the box and store it in an airtight storage container.
This will prevent exposing your cake to air, which will prolong its freshness. Once
you’ve cut your cake, place plastic wrap (e.g., saran wrap) on the exposed cake
area and keep the cake in an airtight storage container. This will help keep
air off the cake layers so they stay moist. During the summer months, it’s best
to keep your cake in an airtight storage container in the refrigerator to keep
the icing cool, then take it out an hour before you plan to serve it.
Our layer
cakes are round, 9-inch, three-layer cakes which typically serve 16 to 20 people. We also offer round, 6-inch, three-layer baby
cakes that serve approximately 6 to 8 people. Our Strawberry Cake is a square,
8-inch, two-layer cake that serves 9 to 12 people.
No, we
don’t make sheet cakes but often our customers are happy with our round, three-layer
cakes in the variety of flavors we offer. We can pipe icing around the top and
add colorful sprinkles to give it some celebration flare. We can also do naked
cakes (minimal outer layer of icing).
We do
very simple decorating such as our Funfetti cake or Buttercream Birthday cake
with sprinkles. We also offer cake toppers for sale to add even more pizazz to

No, at this time we are not able to
offer any of these type products. We wish we could accommodate every type of
request, but this one would be quite hard to do given our extensive sweet and
savory menus. Our bakery does have allergens, such as eggs, dairy products,
wheat, nuts, etc. If any of these pose a
serious health risk to you, we recommend you do not order any of our baked
goods.
