Refund policy
We want you to be happy with the experience you have with our bakery, but giving refunds in cases that are beyond our control is not something we can offer. Thank you for supporting small businesses during this time and for your understanding.
We ship 2- or 3-day priority through UPS or USPS. This is not guaranteed delivery, as we do not have control over the UPS or USPS shipping services and neither shipping service guarantees delivery. This is true for all merchants. In some extreme cases, the USPS can take 5 days to delivery 2-day priority mail. We are not responsible for these delays and do not offer refunds in these cases. We have no influence on when the USPS or UPS delivers packages.
