Shipping Policy

  • We ship only Monday through Wednesday to ensure your scratch-baked sweets arrive quickly, and don’t end up in limbo over the weekend. What that means is if you order Thursday through Sunday, we’ll bake and ship your goodies on Monday unless you specify a certain date you’d like the cookies to ship out. The quality of our products is extremely important to us, so we follow this schedule to make sure you smile on the first bite.
  • It typically takes 1 business day to start working on your order once we receive it. Everything is baked fresh and shipped shortly after coming out of our ovens. Please keep in mind that it could take a little longer to work on your order around major holidays. We always do our best to fill every order as quickly as possible so you get everything right away.
  • We package and ship your cookies in the fewest number of tins and boxes possible unless you request otherwise in the Add A Note section during Checkout.
  • Our Shipping Disclaimer: We instruct UPS that no signature is required for the delivery. Otherwise it could take the box longer to arrive and extend past the cookies’ shelf life. UPS may leave your cookies at the door if there is no one home. However, the UPS Delivery Driver may choose, at his/her sole discretion to not leave the package at the door if they feel it would be unsafe or unwise for any reason. If this happens, the UPS Delivery Driver will leave a tag indicating where and how to pick up your box or arrange for another delivery. It is solely your responsibility to work this out with UPS. We are not responsible for undeliverable cookies or delays in when you receive your cookies due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, including cases where you are sending the cookies as a gift and the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivery.
  • We ship to only physical addresses and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. At this time, we ship only within the United States. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please give us a call before placing your order, so we can discuss the most current shipping rates. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • In the unforeseen event that an item is unavailable or a shipping delay could occur, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value, at the same cost.
